Every LLUXE piece is double-authenticated. Each item is carefully inspected by professional authenticators, and eligible items are additionally verified using Entrupy’s AI-driven authentication system.

Guarantee: If an item you purchased from LLUXE is officially proven inauthentic by a qualified professional authenticator, you are entitled to a full refund. Documentation is required.

Certificates (Eligible Items)

• Applied to eligible items only (generally bags, wallets, and select belts).
• Some materials or years may not be eligible, even for covered brands.
• Certificates are delivered electronically after shipment (no paper copies).

Items Not Covered are authenticated by LLUXE’s professional team and covered by our authenticity guarantee above.

Returns & Refunds (Summary)

• All sales are final.
• A refund is issued only if an item is officially proven inauthentic with written documentation from a professional authenticator.
• To start a claim, email Lynn@lluxeca.shop within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and the authenticator’s report.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received and with any LLUXE security tags intact.
