L’LUXE® FAQs 

1. Are your items authentic?
Absolutely. All luxury items sold on L’LUXE® are 100% guaranteed authentic. Pieces sourced undergo strict authentication processes by trusted internal expert teams and, where applicable, third-party verification services.

2. Do all items come with an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity?
Not all items include Entrupy certification. When available, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

3. Are all your items pre-owned?
L’LUXE specializes in authentic pre-owned luxury. Some pieces may be unused or in like-new condition and will be clearly described as such. Our Women’s Collection consists of brand-new items.

4. How can I check an item’s condition?
Each listing includes a detailed condition description along with close-up images of all relevant areas. We encourage reviewing all photos for full transparency.

5. Do items come with original boxes, dust bags, or cards?
Only accessories specifically listed in the product description are included. If an item is not mentioned, it is not included.

6. Do you offer installment payments?
Yes — Shop Pay, NOW PAYPAL Installments are available at checkout for eligible Canadian buyers.

7. Do you offer layaway plans?
Layaway is not available at this time.

8. Why do similar items have different prices?
Pricing varies based on condition, rarity, demand, included accessories, and current market value.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay Installments (Canada), PAYPAL and Interac e-Transfer upon request.

10. Why do prices sometimes change?
Some inventory sourced through international partners may be priced in USD. As exchange rates fluctuate, CAD pricing may adjust accordingly.

11. How much is shipping?
Canada: Flat fee shipping OF $10.00 CAD (unless a promotion is active).
United States: Flat fee OF $25.00 CAD (unless a promotion is active)international shipping.
Rates are calculated at checkout.

12. Which carriers do you use?
We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination and fastest available service.

13. How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 15-20 business days depending on location and customs processing.

14. Are customs duties included?
Yes — all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are included in the final displayed price. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

15. Will I receive tracking?
Yes — a tracking number will be issued by email once your order has shipped.

16. Is shipping insured?
Yes — all shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

17. Can I ship to a hotel in Canada?
Yes — provided the hotel accepts packages on your behalf. Please confirm with them before placing your order.
